Paris with teens

What a joy! You’ve just arrived for a family stay in Paris with your young or older teenagers. But you need ideas for fun activities that everyone will enjoy. Both entertaining and cultural, our escape games are the perfect solution for a great time together exploring a neighborhood or tourist attraction.
Here are some other great tips and advice for visiting Paris with teens while having fun!

Visit paris with your teens while learning 😉

The immersive digital museum L’Atelier des Lumières is the best way to discover the work of painting geniuses in a different way. Immersed in 360° projections, your teenagers will be captivated by the beauty of Van Gogh or Klimt’s paintings. They’ll come out with stars in their eyes!

It’s hard to be cooler than a graffiti museum! The Bansky Museum, named after the world-renowned street artist, offers an immersive journey through his audacious and playful work, which will delight your teenagers.

A visit to the Catacombs of Paris, a network of underground galleries housing the remains of thousands of Parisians, will combine culture and delightful apprehension to captivate your older children.

Finally, all our outdoor cultural escape games are highly recommended for discovering the city and its secrets while having fun!

In case of rain, choose our escape game in the Basilica of the Sacred-Heart :

… while strolling

The weather is nice and you’re feeling adventurous? Take the whole family aboard one of the small boats that do not require a license available for rent from Marin d’eau douce. You can cruise up the Seine and discover the different neighborhoods of Paris from your boat. They can hold up to 11 people and picnics are allowed.

If you’re hardy and enjoy group outings, try a ride with Paris Roller, the largest stroll in Paris on rollerblades, scooters, bikes, and gyro wheels. The event is free but supervised, and departs every Friday evening at 9:30 p.m. in front of the Paris-Montparnasse train station.

… while having fun

Did you know? Apart from Disneyland Paris and Parc Astérix, located in the suburbs, there is also a funfair within Paris itself! Located in the Tuileries Garden, its Ferris wheel offers a panoramic view of the entire city.

In addition, the Jardin d’Acclimatation in the middle of the big Bois de Boulogne also has a section with rides, as well as numerous playgrounds, a farm, and restaurants.

Among the craziest games, laser tag recreates a life-size video game battle! In a maze plunged into darkness and smoke, you have to shoot your opponents with laser guns to earn points. Laughter and excitement are guaranteed at Laser World!

If your teenagers are big fans of video games, look no further! They will love La Tête dans les Nuages. This gigantic games center has arcade machines, shooting games, simulators, thrill rides, virtual reality experiences, and more. The craziest afternoon ever awaits you!

… while letting off steam

A chapel turned into a climbing wall? Yes, it’s possible! Notre Dame de l’Immaculée Conception has become a huge climbing spot thanks to Climb District. Find their other venues throughout Paris for a great adventure!

What is better than a splash? When it comes to fun, extreme sensations are to be found at Aquaboulevard. But if you want a more intimate, intermediate-level pool, check out the Piscine de Neuilly, with its slides, jacuzzis, currents and water jets, Olympic pool, toddler pool, and outdoor pool.

… while tasting

For a breathtaking lunch or dinner, book a table at one of the Ephemera group’s immersive restaurants. You can enjoy a meal in the middle of the jungle or in outer space!

If your children are into Asian culture, discover the incredible Viet 1331 restaurant. In addition to its traditional dishes, its immersive decor will transport you to another world, and they also offer karaoke rooms for even more fun!

… while dreaming

Paris is the city with the most movie theaters in the world. Among others, it has two absolutely extraordinary theaters:

  • Le Grand Rex, with its gigantic “Grand Large” screen. With a base of 25 meters, it rises 12 meters high, giving it a total screen area of 364 square meters!
  • La Géode, with its 996-square-meter hemispherical screen, projecting 180° across the dome’s 27-meter diameter!

If you want to test your senses, two museums play with human perceptions: the Musée de l’Illusion and the Paradox Museum will take you on a dizzying spiral! Get your selfies ready.

There you go, now all you have to do is explore! Enjoy your visit to Paris with your teenagers !
